By using the AKO TV platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. This document aims to govern your use of the service and clarify the limits of liability and intellectual property.

Nature of the service & non-hosting

AKO TV is a directory/aggregator of links and sources provided by third parties that actually host or stream the visual content. We do not host, store, or upload any visual content (channels, movies, series) on our own servers, nor do we claim ownership of any of it. All streams/files originate from external, independent providers.

Content disclaimer & third-party links

• Links are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty regarding availability, quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We do not control third-party sources or the content they stream or display, and we do not guarantee their continuity or that they are free from infringement.
• Any use of content through those sources is solely at the user’s own risk and is governed by the external provider’s terms and the laws applicable in the user’s jurisdiction.

Intellectual property & trademarks

• A clear identification of the material in question (URL/link or identifier inside the app).
• Proof of your ownership or your authority to act on behalf of the owner.
• Valid contact information for a response.
